Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

  • Membership is subject to approval by Iron Mongers Gym.
  • Members must be at least 18 years old or have adult (parent or guardian) consent if under 18 years of age.
  • Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

2. Rules and Regulations

  • Members must comply with all gym rules, policies, and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use.
  • Iron Mongers Gym reserves the right to refuse access or terminate memberships for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability Waiver

  • Members assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care. View our Liability Waiver here: Waiver and Liability

4. Payment and Fees

  • Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership type.
  • Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • A request must be made in person at Iron Mongers Gym or through the Gym Master app. Cancellations will not be taken over the phone or through any other form of communication. Unless one of these methods is used to cancel, your contract will continue to remain in effect. No reimbursement will be made for any portion of any membership type paid in full or portions of a month/year unused post cancellation.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be managed according to the Iron Mongers Gym Privacy Policy.
  • Iron Mongers Gym may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Iron Mongers Gym reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

8. Miscellaneous

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state of California.
  • If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
